  • Products eligible for returns must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns of products that do not meet these conditions or are not in resalable condition.

 

Return Procedure:

Initiating a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at care@sacredearth.in within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly provide your order number and reason for the return.

Return Authorization:

Upon approval, our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for return shipments.

Refunds:

Refund Processing:

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process the refund within 3 working days. Refunds will be issued to the bank details provided by the customer and payment will be made through bank transfer only. 

Partial Refunds:

  • In certain cases where only part of the order is returned, a partial refund may be issued. This excludes shipping fees, which are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items:

Home Care Products:

  • Home care products are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.
