Return Authorization:

Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for return shipments.
Refunds:

- Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process the refund within 3 working days. Refunds will be issued to the bank details provided by the customer and payment will be made through bank transfer only.Â
